Devolution, and through it, growth, is a key priority for this Government. Fresh into power back in July, the Deputy Prime Minister announced what was to be a “devolution revolution” that would “deliver the most ambitious programme of devolution this country has ever seen”. Five months on, and the Government has unveiled its English Devolution White Paper.
