Inflect Statement

Over the last year, we have successfully integrated DevoConnect into Inflect and grown a significant business. With a new Government and the promise of deeper and wider English devolution, Gill Morris is leaving Inflect to set up her own agency and work collectively on the Devo projects, coalitions and other campaigns she has created.

Emily Wallace, MD of Inflect, said: “It has been a privilege to have the opportunity to work with Gill over the past year. Gill gave me my first job in public affairs and is a legend in the industry. The whole team at Inflect thanks her for her support and vital contribution. We all wish her continued success. We are excited about what the year ahead holds for Inflect as we grow our teams in London and Manchester and focus on our missions to deliver positive change and grow opportunities for public affairs careers outside of London.”

Gill Morris said: “I have loved working with the team at Inflect over the past year, but want to focus my time on the issues I care about most; championing the North, unlocking the power of devolution and helping to build leverage and voice in Westminster for areas of the country that feel left behind. I want to continue on my mission to build voice, consensus and positive change. I believe that good devolution is the agency of change and is the key to unlocking economic growth in all parts of England. I want to say a huge thanks to Emily and Harry for their support and allowing me the freedom to pursue my ambitions to drive and shape the future devolution agenda. I wish Inflect the very best for the future.”
