Fixing Future Care Fringe

Unlocking the economic power of care

Tuesday 17th September, 13:00–14.00, Consort Room, The Grand Hotel (outside secure zone) BRIGHTON

Join social care leaders from across the care sector, new MPs and shadow Ministers to talk about the power of care. How can we work together to fix the care crisis for tomorrow’s generation? Join us and shout out for those who care and support a fair deal.

The Care Rally: Time to Pay Fair for Care

Sunday 22nd September, 16:00, Nova Scotia, 25a Mann Island, Liverpool, L3 1BP

The rally will take place within the first 100 days and will provide an opportunity to look at Labour’s plans for a Royal Commission, fair pay agreements and Labour’s plans for a National Care Service.  

Contributions will work to rally support, hear and demonstrate support for fair pay.   The rally will demonstrate cross sector consensus, welcome Labour’s ambitions and hear real “lived experience” voices. This is a rally and designed to be collaborative and to generate sign up, support, photo opportunities.
