AtkinsRéalis, a global design and engineering firm, commissioned Inflect to deliver a public affairs strategy targeting Mayoral Combined Authorities, Westminster, and Whitehall. Our approach focused on strengthening the firm’s profile with regional and national stakeholders to support a robust public sector project pipeline.
Through high-level engagement with Metro Mayors, MPs, and strategic transport bodies, as well as tailored political messaging and strategic counsel, Inflect positioned AtkinsRéalis to align closely with evolving infrastructure and transport priorities. This work has enhanced the company’s visibility across the UK, helped secure new opportunities – including a £300 million project in the North West – and established strong foundations for long-term engagement with Labour and devolved administrations.
