The Work
We run the Secretariat of the Net Zero All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG). The APPG is a powerful voice for change, working to accelerate policy change, promote zero carbon solutions, support clean growth technology and ultimately embed the UK’s commitment to deliver a net zero carbon economy. It provides a unique and dynamic forum for MPs and Peers of all parties to work collectively and make the case for urgent Government action to secure a low carbon future for the UK.
As Secretariat, we work with Parliamentarians and other partners to deliver cutting-edge thought leadership including the Decarbonisation Report and 10 Point Net Zero Action Plan, the Net Zero Roadmap Report and, coming soon, the Net Zero Myth-busting Report.
We also run a range of exciting and high-profile events with the Group, including partnering with the UK Climate Change Committee to launch their Annual Progress Report to Parliament in 2022.
