Inflect has worked with Swallowfield Homes since their launch, from building their website and writing their messaging through to stakeholder engagement and new business support.
Swallowfield is working to bring pension finance into the affordable housing market, offering new finance streams for housing associations and local governments whose financial restrictions leave them unable to tackle the growing housing crisis in the UK. The team are made up of three experience property and housing professionals, complemented by Inflect’s experience across communications, political engagement and the built environment.
Our work has helped Swallowfield build new relationships and grow their pipeline, as well as identifying new opportunities in the fields of retrofit and decent homes standards. We have also leveraged our networks to generate new leads across the country via housing associations and local authorities.
