Inflect started working with THCH in 2021 to help the organisation improve its stakeholder communications across the board. We have worked with the senior team to instill a new communications mindset that spans resident communications, fire safety work as well as political, media and stakeholder communications.
THCH is a social housing provider based in Tower Hamlets, London – one of the more densely populated areas of London and where housing demand is acute. Managing more than 3,000 ex-local authority stock in the borough, the organisation is a significant landlord and part of the community.
In our time working together, we have helped THCH with a huge variety of projects from relaunching their brand and designing a new website, to designing a range of other stakeholder communications strategies and channels and working with a huge range of people across the organisation from Community and Neighbourhoods teams, to Operations, Development and the Chief Executive.
